Woke up this morning determined to workout on the elliptical. I haven’t been on it since…January?…and while I’ve been staying active doing other things, some workout videos and cardio routines, I really wanted to focus on my legs today.
My arms and shoulders are still sore from yesterday’s workout, so I thought, I should give them a break and primarily work my thighs and calves instead.
After 30 minutes on the elliptical…whoa, my legs really felt like jelly! But that’s a good thing, right? 😉
Anyways, now I’m off to make myself a veggie quesadilla for lunch — they’re my fave and I don’t think I could survive without them haha.
