Venturing out into the world, especially on adventures like hiking, always seems more fun when you’re with a friend. 🙂
Of course, sometimes it’s really nice to be on your own with your own thoughts — very therapeutic. But other times, it’s nice to share time, but also get in a workout, with a buddy who can motivate you when the hills get especially steep!
And there’s something really comforting in the idea that if you’ve explored a trail once with a friend, the next time you’re there, you can reflect fondly on your first memories and it makes the second journey even sweeter.
